I don't know how many areas this is hitting but they are sending this letter out to providers and supposedly to veterans getting referrals for those services in my area.
The quick and dirty (TL;DR) is that if you have been doing similar to what I do and running through your allotted appointments and just requesting more, they will automatically deny it until the expiration time for those appointments to be used up passes.
If you are impacted by this you will be directed to contact your care team to discuss alternatives and changes. Calling the Community Care Network number on the letter will tell you the exact same thing from a script.
I'm still digging into this as I'm being impacted by it trying to figure out how badly it messes up the few treatments that work for me.
