WASHINGTON — After the strike on the Capitol by a pro-Trump mob on Jan. six, Herline Mathieu knew matters had to change.
As chief executive of the Congressional Black Co-workers, one of a hodgepodge associated with organizations on Capitol Slope that represent the helps who serve members of the home and Senate, she noticed from scores of fellow workers who did not want to go back to the complex after the assault and racism of the huge range.
