Hi guys , so I put a claim in a while back like January 2022 and I was seen for this at the end of May. Come to find out now I was denied because the receptionist marked me as a no show. After speaking with the actual doctor they admitted their error and are trying to fix it. What could I do or who can I contact that would be of some help and not give me the run around.
