The goal of this site is to give ordinary citizens the
capability of raising their voices to the same level as the
editorial boards of internet, cable, and print news organizations,
which have too often melded too closely with the Washington DC
establishment and out-of-touch with much of the public.

We invite you to participate by submitting a reasonably
well-crafted essay stating your point of view. We will publish all
different views, and editorial judgement will solely be based on
writing quality, timely availability, and relevance to current
events. When possible we are always willing to offer as little or as
much of the background on the author of the essay, including links
to their ‘blogs’ if they are writing one.
